Fundamental Awareness and Advocacy Movement (FAAAM) is a community-based Health Education organization that seeks to impact, educate and empower disenfranchised members of the community about their healthcare rights, as well as educating people on ways to stay healthy. We take a holistic approach to well-being; including physical, mental and financial means of improving one’s quality of life.

Founder/ Executive Director
TIANNA CASIMIR
With 20+ years in the Healthcare industry and more than 10 years as a Health Benefit Specialist, Tianna Casimir has a comprehensive and unique understanding of the American Health Care system and a passion for community education. Raised in a smaill town with a close knit family inspired her to create FAAAM Outreach Foundation to pass community values to her own children. Tianna has cultivated long time partnerships with outstanding local Physicians, Veteran Peer Specialist, H.O.P.I.C.S and also Senior housing Communities. She’s also a Children’s Hospital Community Adviisory Board member.

Community Health Director
IMANI SMITH
Imani Smith – Has earned an AA in Health Sciences and a BS in Nursing.she is currently working as an RN. Originally transplanted to Inglewood from Seattle, she developed a curiosity in community based health education. When she is not delivering bedsite care, Imani dedicates time to improve her community’s health by devoloping a variety of health education classes. When time allows you may even catch Imani teacheing Healthy Alternative, Common Health Concern Management, and D.E.E.P. Diabetic empowerment workshops throughtout the Los Angeles area.
